Youth Accounts

AAC Credit Union offers accounts for youth and young adult members.  No savings minimum requirements for members 23 years and younger.

Teen Checking Account

Teens 15 to 17 years old can get real world experience with their very own checking account.  Parents will love Teen Checking too!  Easily transfer money when they need it, online or from your phone, right from your account into your teens. Teen Checking comes with:

• Free online and phone banking 
• Free account alerts 

Teen checking requires parental/guardian permission.  Parent/guardian must have either an AAC checking account or direct deposit.  Teen Checking requires link to parent's account.

•  Limit one per youth
• 12 month term
• For members 18 years and younger   

College Scholarship

Each year, AAC Credit Union will grant one $1500 Academic Scholarship to a graduating high school student.  Applications due by April 1, 2010.  Eligibility requirements:

• Must be a graduating high school senior
• Must have a 3.0 Grade Point Average or higher
• Must complete and return application and supporting material by April 1, 2009
• Must be a member of AAC for at least one year from application date
• Must be enrolled or plan to enroll at an accredited college or university

Biz Kid$ TV Show

Biz Kid$ is a fun, fast paced TV series where kids teach kids about money and entrepreneurship.  Kids learn about saving, budgeting, investing and giving back to the community.  Biz Kids can be seen on WGVU Public Televsion Tuesdays at 6pm.  Check with your local PBS channel for other days and times.
